replace video button

It would be really helpful to be able to replace th excisting video with a new one, since the old videos can't be included in the "live imitation" playlist.
Also it helps to replace the videos with a bad encoding which do not work.
Other ways one has to upload a new video and create and input the whole descriptions and translation from scratch once again.
