Encodind process issues
When we upload a video the encoding percentage does not star directly. Sometimes the encoding percentage does not shown. Sometimes the encoding percentage is shown 1 or two minutes later after the upload is completed.Sometimes the encoding process is stuck for MKV Files without finish.

hope all is well.
we are looking into the situation of the encoding progress percentage, if the percentage is not shown anyway after a refresh the video should be ready for viewing.
Can I ask you to send us the video you are trying to upload in MKV to support@teyuto.com (with WeTransfer), it would help us to investigate this issue further.
